PAYMENT:
I prefer Paypal, but will also accept Checks and Money Orders (Check and Money Orders Must be drawn on US Funds my bank doesn't accept anything else). Items purchased by Check will be shipped After the Check has cleared my bank. Please make all checks and money orders out to the order of : KIRK ANDERSEN
SHIPPING:
As reselling is a part time job for me and I have a regular 9to5 job I can only ship out orders on Saturdays. Handling time is expected to be between 7-14 days.
I ONLY Ship within the US and occasionally to Canada. Items are shipped in padded Bubble mailers when possible. Lager items and heavier items will be shipped in boxes. I try to ship things in a way that if I were buying the item I would expect it to be packed. Packages are usually shipped using USPS first class mail sometimes by priority mail.
Multiple items will be shipped in same package when possible. I also try to combine shipping costs and when possible may give a partial shipping refund.
RETURNS:
Please email before attempting to make a return. Normally returns will be for money back only. Refund may (but not necessarily) include original shipping costs. Item returned must be the same item that was purchased. Items sold new in sealed packages must still be fully sealed for a full refund with refunded shipping. Opened boxes and packaging will not include refund on shipping.
I try to be as honest as possible, when describing the condition and appearance of items. My terminology of the condition may vary from other peoples grading scales, so please check the item photos carefully. Any questions about condition should be asked BEFORE purchase.
Please contact me first before making any complaints or leaving negative feedback on service. Most problems can be worked out to the satisfaction of both parties.
