PAYMENT:
I prefer Paypal, but will also accept Checks and Money Orders (Check and Money Orders Must be drawn on US Funds my bank doesn't accept anything else). Items purchased by Check will be shipped After the Check has cleared my bank. Please make all checks and money orders out to the order of : KIRK ANDERSEN
SHIPPING:
I ONLY Ship within the US and to Canada at this time. Items are wrapped in bubble wrap (some items are sandwhiched between two pieces of cardboard) Items are shipped in padded Bubble mailers when possible. Lager items will be shipped in boxes with packing material padding items. Packages are usually shipped using USPS first class mail sometimes by priority mail.
I will combine shipping for multipule purchases. Multipule items will be shipped in same package when possible. If ordering more than 10 items please email a request for the recalculated total shipping cost BEFORE sending payment.

I try to offer a fair shipping price and DO NOT inflate the item cost to make up the difference.
RETURNS:
Please email before attempting to make a return. Returns will only be accepted within 7 days of receipt of shipment. Returns will be for money back only, no store credit. Refund may (but not necessarily) include original shipping costs. Item returned must be the same item that was purchased. If possible please include packing slip or invoice to speed up refund process.
EXCHANGES for returned or damaged items can only be made if a like item is in stock. No refunds or returns will be made on items that are marked "SOLD AS IS".
I try to be as honest as possible, when describing the condition and appearance of items. My terminology of the condition may vary from other peoples grading scales, so please check the item photos carefully.
I appologize for any blurry photos that make seeing the item difficult. The blurry photos are usually from my digital camera that is only 3.2 mp, also I don't have a tripod or device to steady that camera. I try to scan most items that are small enough, but I find it quicker to photograph more items using the digital camera than using the scanner.
If dissatisfied with service please send an email stating the specific problem. Please also state what your expectations were that were not met. Since every transaction is different, I am open to negotiations, please contact me first before making any complaints or leaving negative feedback on service. Most problems can be worked out to the satisfaction of both parties.
